Degree: B.A. Journalism                                      Columbia College Chicago, 2006

ROGER has always enjoyed sharing his voice, whether it be from behind a microphone or in front of a computer keyboard.

For 11 years, Roger was the host of the "Morning Ministries" at Christian radio station        A.M. 1160 WYLL.  For five of those years he also served as the Program Manager.  Roger's many activities there included writing his daily Roger's Sports Spot commentary, authoring articles for Crosstalk Magazine, hosting local and national infomercials, and guest-hosting WYLL's afternoon talk show.

As a spokesman for international ministries, Roger helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for World Vision, Food For The Poor and The Bible League; which sent him on mission trips to Nicaragua, Jamaica and Indonesia.

Roger also shares his voice through his love of singing.  At Kenwood Academy High School, he played the role of Turiddu in the opera Cavalleria Rusticana.  He was a winner of the Chicago Park District's first Music Showcase, where he was featured in concert at the Petrillo Band Shell.  Roger has sung and acted in community theater.  He sang the Star Spangled Banner at Loyola Ramblers basketball games and for the Chicago White Sox.

Recently, Roger was one of the ten finalists in the CBS-2 Traffic Tryouts Contest, and he worked on-air for a day as Channel 2's morning TV news traffic reporter.  Roger currently co-hosts "Back To Health Radio" on AM-1160 WYLL, and in 2014 he hosted the Warm Blankets Orphan Care TV special.

Roger faithfully serves as Deacon Chairman and choir member at Holy Vessel Baptist Church in Chicago.  Roger and his high school sweetheart Caterina are happily married and are the proud parents of their three children.
